EOL Ventsystem AB, specialized in underground ventilation launches a new product, the Hi-Pressure sectional door RECO SOLID.

The company being involved in mining and tunneling operation has developed a new high pressure sectional door, for extreme environments and rough conditions to the mining industry, together with Boliden Mineral AB.
It is a heavy duty mining door, for all areas within the mining field, where robust hard working, heavy duty doors are required operating in harsh and abusive conditions. The door consists of several hinged steel 2 mm thick door panels that are mounted one on top of each other. Heavy duty side frames with build in and crash protected chin drives. The Hi-Pressure door is designed for operation at pressure differentials as high as 4500 Pa and has an opening time between 14 and 25 seconds. Standard dimension is 4 x 4 meters. The Hi–Pressure door marked under the name RECO Solid is delivered with a frequency- and plc based control system including a drive unit with several safety features like touch sensitive, reversing edge for end user safety. The door has been designed to meet all operational and safety requirements in the European Directives and the standards issued by European Standardization Committee, CEN. The door is manufactured by two companies in Järpås Sweden AB AKRON-maskiner and RECO Port AB.
